I have a concept for a knowledge management tool that I believe would provide value to organizations in both the private and public sectors. It is a web based application applying a SaaS model for delivery.

My experience is as a software technology director and business consultant. I am looking for a partner with a strong development background. The product manages both quantitative and qualitative data to assist with knowledge retention, decision making and strategy alignment.
